Charlie Luxton – Keynote Speaker at Design Soirée 2025

Charlie Luxton is a British architectural and television presenter renowned for his expertise in sustainable architecture. Charlie built his career on eco-friendly projects, emphasizing energy-efficient design and sustainable materials. Luxton’s architectural philosophy balances aesthetics appeal with minimal environmental impact, often blending innovative technologies with traditional techniques.

In addition to his architectural work, Charlie has become a prominent television personality, hosting shows like “Building the Dream”, “DreamSpaces”, and “Modern British Architects”

Xander Cadisch - Keynote Speaker at Design Soirée 2025

Xander is the founder of Light Tribe by Phos, an outfit that collaborates with neuroscientists and designers to improve the health and well-being of people in the built environment. At DS25, Xander shared the expertise found in his recent book “The Light Within Us,” which explores the neuroscience of light and biophilic design.

His contributions to architecture have earned notable recognition, including the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise and the Forty Under 40
ward. Passionate about the power of light and positive design, Xander
presents his work to education institutes, government bodies, and design practices worldwide, working to
enhance indoor environments where human can spend 90% of their time.
